Tour Stop #2 - Edit the time data in the cell of the TimeTable or by using the Edit Time Dialog Box
The Start Date, Start Time, Stop Date, Stop Time, Elapsed Time, Paused Time, Hourly Rate, Expense and Notes can be edited directly in the cell of the TimeTable.

Just click on the cell you want to edit and
start typing to replace the text in the cell. If you want to only
change a part of the cell, for instance change the time of 11:05 to
11:15, you can initiate the cell into edit mode by pressing the
toolbar button,
, or by pressing the F2 key. Use your mouse or keyboard
arrows to move and to replace the '0' with a '1'.
The cell contents of drop down list columns, Project, Category and Client, can be changed by clicking on the down arrow in the cell. The down arrow will pop up the drop down list box and you can select from the list of items in the list. New entries can be added to the Project, Category, and Client lists by typing into the cell of one of these columns. The lists presented in the Project, Category and Client columns can also be edited easily in a Project, Category, Client Edit Dialog box.

The cells in the Mark column can be changed from marked with an 'x' to unmarked without an 'x' by clicking on the cell. The mark cell is used to select a subset of records to be included in printing or exporting.

An entire time table row can be edited in a Edit Time Dialog Box. One advantage of using the Edit Time Dialog Box to edit the date and time, is you can edit a couple time elements and then click on the "Recalculate" button to see your changes before you click the OK button. You can use a pop-up calendar to change the date as well as by typing the date elements in the edit box.
