Tour Stop #13 - Combine TimeSlice files from a group of employees for reporting
You can keep time data in separate TimeSlice files whether each employee has their own TimeSlice file, time data for each month is stored in a separate TimeSlice file, or a separate TimeSlice file is kept for each project or client. There are two ways you can combine the TimeSlice files to make analysis and reporting easier.
1. Combine all TimeSlice file data into one TimeSlice File. Then use TimeSlice to produce reports using the data in the "combined" file.
2. Export the TimeSlice data from each TimeSlice file. Import the exported data files into one database, spreadsheet or word processing program for further analysis and reporting.
